MBBS doctors mostly work in government or private hospitals or go for higher studies. There are other career options available for MBBS doctors like army, navy or air force. They can also go for lecturer or in teaching career. Self employment is another option. If you do MBA, then hospital administration and hospital management can be opted for.

The best career option after MBBS is to practice as a general physician. You can also choose to do higher studies like MD, MS, FRCS. Because you need to specialize in some field like psychology, dentist etc to have a bright future.
