Actually , I am having fracture on my feet and I can't go any where . My 1st semester is coming within few days. As I am not able to give exams then what will happen with me? Will the promote me to 3rd semester? As per CBCE ( new guide line)

In case you are unable to appear for 1st Semester Exams, then you can appear for Special Carry Over Exams conducted at the end of 1st Year.

For special carry over exams, you will have to fill an application form and fill the subjects that you had left in 1st Semester.

After passing all the exams of 1st semester, you will be promoted to IIIrd Semester of IInd Year.

Special Exams are generally conducted in the end of month August.

For some reason could not appear in 2nd Semester (Civil Polytechnic Diploma) exam, then what will happen with me? What's the process?
