I m in b.com 3rd yr n i have already cleared ipcc exam...when can i directly be eligible to appear for cs executive programme. Till what time i need to register with institute...can i give june 2013 exam.. please tell me on my mail.. [email protected]

you will be eligible for executive programme directly after completing your graduation..

you have to appear for foundation course if you do not have a graduation degree..

so after you pass your graduation you can apply directly for executive course.

The Company Secretary Course is conducted by ICSI in 3 stages

Foundation
Executive
Professional


Since you have completed your Graduation, you can get admission in the Executive Level.
You will not need to study the Foundation Level.

Fees is Rs 7750 for executive level

For admission buy the prospectus from the nearest ICSI office

There are 7 papers that you have to give in the ICSI executive level

Module 1
>> Economic and Commercial Laws
>> Cost and Management accounting
>> Tax Laws and Practice
>> Company Laws

Module 2
>> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices
>> Industrial, General and Labour Laws
>> Capital Markets and Securities Law
