When can I give the examination W.B.C.S to be a B.D.O and what qualification is need to give the examination .

Yes, my friend you can go for WBCS exam to become a BDO in future..

But to appear in WBCS exam you have to fulfill some eligibility criteria..

Eligibility criteria for WBCS exam:-

1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade.

2.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.

3.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.

So, if you fulfill all these eligibility criteria then you can go for the exam.

WBCS exam is conducted by West Bengal Civil Services Commission annually by this exam officers are recruited for various departments in the governments like,
IAS.It is a state level civil service job.

Eligibility criteria:

• Graduation from any recognized university.
• Graduation can be done in any dicipline with no bar on marks aggregate.
• Candidate should be able to read/write and speak Bengal.
• Age should be 21 to 30 years for general candidates,21 to 32 for OBC candidates,21 to 35 for SC/ST candidates and 21 to 40 years for PH candidates.

Exam pattern:

1. Prelims
2. Mains
3. Personal interview

Question pattern:

• Assertion and reason
• Data interpretation
• Analytical problems
• English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Logical reasoning
