hi,
I am sorry to say that you can not get admissions in IP university because you get very low rank that is 12791 rank. In my opinion you should try next year or take admissions in other private colleges.

What is the lowest rank one should get to take adm. In ipu for b.tech if candidate is of outside delhi?
