SCRA stands for Special Class Railway apprentices and to apply for this examination you have to complete your 12Th examination or Graduate degree course with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as their degree subjects, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for this examination.

To apply for this examination your age should between 17 to 21 Years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

For this year examination Notification was already Published and the examination was also completed on 29/Jan/2012.

So, you have missed the chance in this year, If you have not apply for this examination.

If you are Interested in this examination, then please apply for this examination next year. The Notification of SCRA will be Published in the employment Newspaper or in the UPSC Website.

The examination is conducted in two stages :

~~ Written examination
~~ Personality test

This examination is consists of 3 papers with objective type questions. So you have to cracked these 3 papers :

~~ General Ability Test
~~ Physical Sciences
~~ Mathematics
