Form will be available from the post office. And the notice willbe given in daily newspaper.

Sir, myself abhinav giri..i have scored 58.6% marks this year in twelveth standard..and 50.6% marks in pcm..m i eligible for merchant navy? i desperately want to persue my career in merchant navy...could you please help me out with it?..please suggest me how to start off..?..
