Yes, You are eligible for NDA exam because you have completed Diploma which is equivalent to 12th standard.

Here I'm giving you the details about NDA examination.

>>Academic qualification :You should pass your 12th standard examination.

>>Age criteria :Your age must be within 16.5 to 19 years.

>>Nationality :You must be an Indian

>>Height :Your height must be minimum 165 cm.

>>Eyesight :You should have your eyesight of 6/6.

Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
Last date to receive completed application forms : 30-01-2012
Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012


EXAM DATE FOR NDA II EXAM:-

Date of commencement of notification : 05-05-2012
Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 04-06-2012
Date of NDA II Exam : 19-08-2012

HI,

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with recognized university
> Age limit:-16.5-19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

IMPORTANT DATES FOR N.D.A. & N.A. EXAM.(I), 2012

Date of Notification:-31.12.2011
Last date of receipt of form:-30.01.2012(MONDAY)
Date of exam:-15.04.2012(SUNDAY)

Every year NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

Candidates will be placed in the following Defence services by cracking this Exam
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing

The selection procedure to be placed in above defence services is by
-Written Exam
-Interview

Further, the candidate has to undergo a medical test as a part of selection procedure.

In order to be eligible for this exam, one should have completed 12th class from a recognized board.
Candidates who are pursuing final year of 12th class are also eligible to take up this exam. But they should be able to show the proof of passing in 12th class when they appear for Interview.

In addition, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam.

For this academic year, UPSC has completed both the NDA Exams. The upcoming NDA Exam is going to be conducted in the next academic year.

Here are the important dates of upcoming NDA I Exam.
-Date of announcement of notification : 31-12-2011
-Last date for the submission of completed application forms : 30-01-2012
-Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012.

You can get the application forms for NDA Exam in the designated post offices all over India.

You can apply for N.D.A. There generally two examination are held for N.D.A.,

1. one is N.D.A.-1 and
2. another is N.D.A.-2.

You can also attempt both this two exam.

NDA examination is conducted by UPSC two times a year .The examination is held for selecting students for different defense fields .The examination is conducted to select students for ::

ARMY
NAVY
AIR FORCE.

Eligibility for NDA::

You must have passed class 12th in any streams for ARMY and for NAVY and AIR FORCE you must have got physics and maths as a compulsory subjects .

Your age should be between 161/2 to 19 years

The examination consist of three rounds ::

1.Written exam ::There will be two papers for all three fields.The question paper is of objective types only .



2.SSB::You will be call for SSB only if you clear your written examination.

3.Medical ::If you clear the SSB then your medicals test will be conducted at the centers only .

I dont know about the date of release of the offline mode, but the notification for NDA & NA(I) for 2012 is due on 31st December 2011! You can check the UPSC website for more information under the header 'Examinations' !

hello,
The offline applications are not welcomed for the registration of NDA. For registration of NDA is done through online application. The notification falls on the month of february-march.
