When will the forms of IAS preliminary exams be available?

For upsc (preliminary exam) forms will available in all DISTRICT HEAD POST OFFICES....

UPSC civil service form avaliable from head post office or GPO or some some designated post office.

you will be able to apply for CSE which makes you IAS officer after the notification you get

you can get the application forms from all the major post offices

and you can apply for it then you have to wait for the admit card

that's all this is the application procedure of CSE which will be conducted by UPSC

IAS is a Indian civil service exam conducted by UPSC every year.

You can get the IAS forms at the Head post offices or GPO.
