Last date of submitting application form for NET 2011 exam

The National Eligibility test is conducted by UGC for the aspirants of Junior Research fellowship. The exam is to be held on 26th June 2011. The students can apply for the exam by online. The last date of online application will be on 25th April. The last date of receiving the filled application form was 30th April. The students will get the form in the UGC official site. Lots of study material and previous year questions are available in net and also in the book shops.

Information About NET Examination -

NET Examination was Conducted By UGC Every Year 2 times.

And To apply for NET Examination, You need To scored Minimum 55% Marks in your Master Degree Examination. So, If you have secured at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from recognised universities, then you are eligible to apply for NET Examination.

Master Degree Appearing Candidates are also eligible to apply for NET Examination. The examination was held 2 times, First in June And Other in December.

Eligible Candidates may Apply for NET Examination Online By visit the UGC website, But for this You have to pay the examination Fees In any State Bank Of India Braches All Over India as a from of Challan, The cost of examination fees for General Candidates was Rs 450.

After Paying Examination Fees In SBI Branch, You may fill the application form Fees Online By UGC Website. But the June examination was Already Completed, So you cant Apply for NET June Examination. So, Please apply for December Examination, If you have Missed the June Examination. The Notification of December examination was not yet Announced, So please wait for the Dates of December NET Examination, You can apply for this examination Online, And for More information Please check the UGC Official website -

notification for june exam comes in april and for june exam comes in october. this eaxm to be held for jrf and lecturership.

candidate should be post graduate with 55% marks in any subject.
and age for JRF should be 28 maximum , for lectureship no upper age limit.
candidate can apply for net any no. of time.

If you want to apply for it, make sure that you are eligible or not. The eligibility criteria for NET-

1-You must have masters degree from any stream. Appeared candidate can also apply.

2-You must have 55% in your post graduation.

If you are eligible then you can fill the form from the official website of U.G.C. But before this you have to submit 450 Rs. in any branch of S.B.I.

But the June examination form was submitted, you can apply for December NET examination form. For more information you can log on to official website of UGC.
