From where to get CA entrance exam form in India?

**The Common Proficiency Test (CPT) Paper-Pencil mode Examination will be held on Sunday, the 19th June, 2011.

CPT June 2011 Applications for admission to Common Proficiency Test June 2011 (Paper-Pencil Mode) is required to be made on the relevant prescribed form as contained in the CPT June 2011 Information Brochure, which may be obtained from the following address on payment of Rs. 600/- (Rs.500/- towards examination fee and Rs. 100/- towards cost of CA CPT Exam 2011 application form and CPT June 2011 Information brochure) per CPT June 2011 application form.

**The CPT June 2011 Information brochure containing Common Proficiency Test CPT June application form will also be available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained there from on cash payment on or from 04th April, 2011.

Common Proficiency Test 2011 application forms duly filled in may be sent so as to reach the Additional Secretary (Examinations) at New Delhi not later than 25th April, 2011. CPT 2011 Applications received after 25th April, 2011 shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

CPT June 2011 Applications duly filled in will be received by hand delivery at the offices of Institute at New Delhi and at the Decentralised Offices of the Institute at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Pune upto 25th April, 2011. Candidates residing in these cities are advised to take advantage of this facility.

It may be noted that there is no provision for acceptance of application forms after 25th April, 2011 with late fee.

**Alternatively the candidate may fill up the CPT 2011 examination application form online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 4th April, 2011 (10:00 hrs) to 25th April, 2011 (17:30hrs) and remit the fee online by using credit card, either VISA or Master Card.

Common Proficiency Test CPT 2011 June (Paper-Pencil Mode) is open only to those students who are already registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the said course on or before 1st April, 2011 and fulfill the requisite eligibility conditions.

There is no entrance exam for CA course. There are three levels which you must clear. You need to send an application to ICAI in Delhi. Also for it is important that the candidate should be a 12th pass. All the information for the course is available in the prospectus.
