I'm a Himachal Pradesh's government employee. Now I want to do M.Sc in Information Technology from CV Raman University via Distance mode. Wanted do know whether CV Raman University is approved by Himachal Pradesh government or not? Is state recognition is mandatory or only UGC and AICTE approval is enough?
