Whether a 16 years old person can write EAMCET 2017 exam?
Well can you please do tell me that whether, am i eligible for writing EAMCET exam in 2017 as my date of birth is 10th February 2000?

The Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test acronym as EAMCET is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education Council.
For this examination candidate must have passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The minimum percentage required for Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is 45% and case of general category and 40% in case of reserved category. The minimum age of candidate must be 16 years as on 31st December. As per your age you are eligible for Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. As you said that your date of birth is 10th February, 2000 that means you will attained the age of 17 on 10th February, 2017. So you can write the EAMCET 2017 exam. For this exam candidates should attained the age of 17 on 31st December, 2017. So you are eligible for this exam. Thanks

Minimum eligibility criteria required to appear in this exam is:
A Candidate must be a citizen of India. Must have at least 17 years of age and maximum should not exceed 22 in case of general. Must have passed in higher secondary education from a recognised board with at least 45% marks. |

Yes, you will be eligible to appear for EAMCET for 2017 as per your date of birth if you fulfill the other age limit criteria for the admission in course.
The minimum age limit to appear for examination is 16 years and for some courses it is 17 years as on 31st December of year of appearing for examination. So, you will be more than 17 years after 10th February 2017. |

EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. The eligibility criteria required for EAMCET are as under :- -The candidate should be a domicile of Andhra Pradesh state . -The candidate needs to have passed 10+2 Exam with Mathematics and Physics as the main subjects. -The candidate must have studied Bio-Technology/Chemistry/Biology as the optional subjects in 10+2. -The candidate must have secured at least 45%(40% for OBC/SC/ST) marks in aggregate in 10+2 exam. -The candidate minimum age limit is 16 years and there is no upper age limit to apply for the exam. |

EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. It is a state level entrance examination conducted by JNTUH & JNTUK for offering admission to undergraduate professional courses in government and private professional colleges in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
To be eligible to apply for EAMCET 2017 examination, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology subjects from a Government recognised board. You must be at least 16 years old as on 31st December, 2017 to be eligible to appear in EAMCET 2016 examination. So, if you are 16 years old as on 31st December, 2017, you are eligible to write EAMCET 2017 examination. |

EAMCET refers for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common entrance examination which is held for admission in undergraduate courses related above mentioned fields in colleges of Andhra Pradesh and Telenganna.
Being born on 10th February 2000, you are eligible for appearing in EAMCET 2017 on the basis of its age criteria as for EAMCET 2017 the minimum age limit is 17 years by the 31st December 2017 which your age satisfies. Here the maximum age limit for technical course is 22 years where as for medical course is 25 years by the same deadline. Apart from this, to be eligible for technical courses you need to have completed your Class 12th with PCM group with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognized board where as for medical course your stream must be PCB instead of PCM.
