I was born in april 21st, 2000. I am going to appear EAMCET exam in the year 2017 presently, i have completed my first year boards. Am i eligible to write 2017 EAMCET exam?

Age Criteria for EAMCET 2017 :-

=> If you are interested to apply for admission in B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), you should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2017.

- Total Questions : 160 (Physics : 40 , Chemistry : 40 , Maths/Biology : 80)
- Total Marks : 160
- No mark will deducted for wrong answer.

Yes, you are eligible for EAMCET exam 2017.

EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical common entrance test held by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks from a recognized university with PCM or PCB subject are eligible for EAMCET 2016 exam. Your age should be above 17 years.

EAMCET exam is conducted by the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University for those students seeking for admission in engineering, agriculture & medical courses offered by various colleges/ institutions of Andhra Pradesh state.

Eligibility for B.Tech, Pharmacy and B.Sc:-

• You need to complete 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Or, you should have appeared or completed the diploma engineering examinations that is conducted by the State Board of Technical Education.
• You must have scored at least 45% in class 12th or equivalent exam.
• For B.Pharm and B.Sc course you should have completed 16 years of age while appearing for the exam. There is no upper age limit.
• For B.Tech course the lower age limit is 17 years and upper age limit is 22 years.

For MBBS/BDS:-

• You should have passed/appearing in the final year of class 12th with PCB or Biotechnology and English.
• You need to score 50% marks in PCB.
• In case you are reserved category the minimum aggregate marks to be scored is 40%.

Age criteria for EAMCET 2017:-

To apply for this entrance examination candidate need to be of Indian nationality.

The candidate should belong to Andhra Pradesh state

Candidate must have passed 12th with PCM or PCB with minimum 45% marks general category and 40% reserve categories

There are different age limits for different courses like in the recent Andhra EAMCET, the age criteria were as follows-

1) For engineering pharmacy course, you should be at-least 16 years of age.
