I want to know that if a person clear afcat exam but he/she won't clear the ekt paper,thus that person is eligible for other branch like flying and ground

Yes, if you have cleared AFCAT exam then you are eligible for Flying and Ground duty exam.

Eligibility criteria for AFCAT exam.

Flying branch :-

Candidate must have completed graduation in any trade from a recognized university and must have studied mathematics and physics in 12th standard.

Candidate's age should be in between 19 to 23 years.

Ground duty branch:-

Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade.

Candidate's age should be in between 20 to 27 years.
