Re: Who is the supreme authority of co-operative society?
Final authority in Cooperative Society:
>>The final authority shall be vested in a "general body of members". Section 30 of Cooperative society Act empowers general body of members to form a small body of members and delegate certain power to them. The general body of members should not take any "decision" which is against rules of Cooperative Society Act. |
