which will get more jobs either for mba hr or finance and which one is better

Both the streams offer comparatively equal career opportunities. Candidates with specialization either in HR/Finance can join as Management Trainee in PSU. They can try for Specialist Officer position in banks. MBA (Finance) holders can try for Officer positions in Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC). Personnel Manager positions are usually offered for HR specialist. Selection of specialization can be made up to your interest.
