Will I be able to join NIT after scoring 114 marks in JEE mains?
i got 114 marks in jeemain. will i join in any top NIT?

No, admission in the NIT is not possible as it is among the India's best government institute after the IIT.
The admission in the institute I on the basis of the score in the JEE Mains which is the first stage of JEE examination conducted by the CBSE every year. The candidates who qualifies in the Mians have the change of getting the admission. But overall it depends on the score in the board examination and the Mains. The final rank is declared in the last of June so you have to wait for it. But I do not think you are eligible to get the admission in the NIT.
