Sorry puja you can not for counselling of wbjee as well as AIEEE.
Closing rank for counselling for each exam is:
For WBJEE:60000(General category)
For AIEEE:80000(General category)
So,i suggest you to go for 1 year long term course for AIEEE.

As you have got the 71580 rank in the WBJEEE and 454035 rank in the AIEEE entrance exam so you are eligible to take part and go the counseling arganised by the WBJEEE for the admission on the basis of the both WBJEEE rank and the AIEEE rank ...

For the WBJEEE rank one has to have about 90000 rank and for the AIEEE one has to have 500000 rank to become eligible for the counseling for the admission in the West Bengal through the WBJEE....

But at your rank you wont get any of the good colleges and also the colleges in which you would get the admission you won't get the trade of your choice .

Here I am providing you the list of the opening rank and the closing rank of the private colleges of the various branches . You can go through it , it would help you to choose the colleges ....

The WBJEE counseling is starting from the 11th of july 2011 and the venue for the same is YUBA BHARATI KRIRANGAN (SALT LAKE STADIUM), SALT LAKE, KOLKATA – 700 098.

Wbjee counselling after getting 71580 rank in Wbjee-2011

Wbjee counselling is started from 12th July 2011. The details information regarding counselling schedule programme is available on the official website of Wbjee board.

If your rank is 71580 in Wbjee then your counselling date is 3/8/2011 at 5:00 PM. The details information is given below :

WB JEE is the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. It is regarded as the state board entrance exams which is basically aimed at selecting candidates for the West Bengal Engineering and other technical colleges.


Basic Eligibility Criteria for the WB JEE are :-


1. You should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or state board in India with a minimum 60% aggregate in it.

2. Your subjects should have had Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

3. You should be West Bengal Domicile



Thus now coming to your query, If you have scored 71580 rank in WBJEE, and 454035 All India Rank in AIEEE, I am really sorry to say that you are way behind the other students.


So you are not exactly eligible to be called for the counselling.


However, the counsellings are called for over a lac in WB JEE and till 50000 ranks in AIEEE.

But frankly speaking they are of no use.

You would not get any seat in any known college.


I would recommend you to take another try next year and maybe then you can score well.

HI!
I am sorry to say that you can't get admission in any college after qualify the A.I.E.E.E with 4,54,035.

If you want you can take admission in any low ranking privet college you want.
For admission in top college you have to re-appear in A.I.E.E.E exam.
