i am doing diploma in production engineering in salem? will i join B.E aeronautical engineering

Sorry, you are not eligible
As you are done with your diploma in product engineering, you need to go for it in you B.E but not for any other stream

Yes, you can do aeronautical engineering after diploma course.
But your diploma course has to be approve by A.I.C.T.E.

For admissions in top college you have to qualify the exam like:-
A.I.E.E.E
I.I.T-J.E.E
B.I.T.S.A.T
MANIPAL UNIVERSITY
E.M.C.E.T
STATE-C.E.T
etc
