I have 42.5% marks in graduation .Will I be eligible for IPS exam?Is there any
kind of age limit ? What is the syllabus for the exam?

yes, you are eligible for UPSC Civil services examination and to apply for this examination you need to complete your Graduation degree course because Graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for UPSC Civil services examination.

The examination was conducted by UPSC every year and the examination was held in two stages, Preliminary examination and Main examination, Firstly you have to crack the Preliminary examination Only then you are eligible for main examination.

>> So, If you have completed your Graduation examination then you are eligible for this examination because any graduate passed candidates are eligible for this examination.

>> Your age should between 21 to 30 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC and other reserved category candidates.

Eligible candidates may fill the application form online By visit the UPSC website. The UPSC Already changed the Preliminary examination Pattern and I have provide you the Pattern of Preliminary examination, So please check the Given Pattern and Prepare for this examination accordingly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IPS EXAM:-

IPS exam conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) .

Educational qualification:-You must be completed your graduation from UGC approved college.

Age Limit: - 21 years to 30 years.


Attempts:

For General - 4 times
For SC/ST - No limit
For OBC - 7 tines

I AM NOW STUDY B.COM IN PRIVATE INSTITIUTE CAN I APPLY UPSC EXAM?

For becoming a IPS (INDIAN POLICE SERVICE) officer,you must have qulify the civil service exams, conducted by UPSC (UNION PUBLIC SERVICE EXAMINATION).
I would like to say that,there is nothing about the minimum marks requirements for appear in this exam,. so you are eligible for this examination.
for apply in this civil service exam, you just have graduation degree from a recognized college, whatever may be the stream is..
the age limit for this examination is 21-30 years,.
there are 5 & 3 years of age relaxations for the SC\ST & OBC candidates respectively.
this civil service examination has three stages-
1.CSAT
2.MAINS
3.INTERVIEW.
