sir,i hav got 1731 rank in C.A.T 2013,WILl I GET ADMISSION for B.TECHB

First thing which I would like to make you clear that CAT is held for the selection students for their Bachelor of technology rather it is held for the selection of students for their management courses from Indian institute of Management.

Also for getting admissions in good government or private engineering colleges providing quality education along with high placements you need to clear entrance examinations like JEE, State EEE, COMED-K, SRMEEE, VITEEE, BITSAT etc. .

For appearing in the above engineering entrance examination you need to have higher secondary school degree with PCM as your main subjects with at least 50% aggregate from recognized institute. Also your age must be within 17 years to 25 years.
