You have not mentioned the job profile you are interested in. After B.Com you can apply for posts like accounts executive, admin executive etc. There are opportunities in the sales and marketing. In each of the case you need to efficiently answer the questions posed to you during the interview. So you need to prepare well for it. You will gain confidence by attending a couple of interviews.
