Without NIOS certificate are Diploma candidates not eligible for government SDA exam?
I am basically Diploma student. Now, I am applying for SDA exam conducted by KPSC. In SDA notification they says that if a Diploma candidate is not completing NIOS certificate then they are not allowed to write paper of SDA. What should I do now?
