because i am gong to attend for syntel recruitment.

Here I am attaching some previous placement questions with your reference in this post. I hope it will be really helpful.

Generally pattern consist of 3 sections: Aptitude(general) test, HR Interview, Technical Round Interview.

Prepare well for Technical round!

Those candidate have above 50% marks in through out career are eligible for SYNTEL.

The Selection process of SYNTEL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

I have attached some of the previous year papers of Syntel along with this post for your reference..

Go through them and i hope they will help you out in cracking the exam..

Observe the paper pattern and the level of the questions and do practice them..

Syntel paper pettern consists of 3 sections:

1)Apptitude test

2)Technicel tnterview

3)H.R interview

In aptitude test it consists of verbal part,quantitative part and technical part.

Verbal part consists of Synonyms,antonyms...etc

Quantitative part consists of permutations,probability,simple interests ratios.....etc

Technical pert consists of computer languages.
