Sir please send me SYNTEL writen test pattern for 2011. am having written test on 15th october. please send it as soon as posible..

Basically there are three steps which are :

1. Aptitude test
2. Technical Interview
3. Personal Interview

For Aptitude test you must have to follow the previous years papers and you can follow the following book :

Quantative Aptitude Test by R.S.Agarwall.

Those candidate have score above 50% marks in through out career are eligible for Syntel company.

Selection Process for Syntel:-

the pattern of the paper is as follows .
there are 45 questions and 45 min.
the question papers is very tricky .
there are 2 patterns
first one is reasoning and second one is simple aptitude and english
reasoning is the time taking inthe exam
you may get 3-4 problems on reasoning , in that you totally get 9-12 questions.
the other nodels are , based on english sentence correction , synonyms and similar words and these are dead easy to do, if you know basics
