Am I eligible for TNPSC group 4 after completing 12th without any Technical skills?

Hello Sir, I have completed class 12th and after that I joined BA (Economics)
1st year. I don't have any Technical skills like type writing but now I have joined type writing class and my age is 19 so I want to ask you that Am I eligible for TNPSC group 4?

Yes, of course you are eligible for TNPSC group 4 after completing 12th without any Technical skills. The minimum educational qualification required for TNPSC is 10th standard or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
