i would like to apply for tnpsc group 2 exams 2011,i have completed my 10th,but discontinued my 12th,i have completed my ug(bba)from tamil nadu open university,at present iam doing my mba(hr) at madras university,am i eligible to apply for tnpsc group 2

Hello sir, I studied my under graduate course of b.sc., botany at d.g.vaishnav college in the year 2002-2005. But haven't completed it. Now i wanna do B.A. course at madras university. Is that possible now? I too only got my college transfer certificate, not my higher secondary one. Also having both my 10th and 12th mark list, none my college mark list.
