I want to join indian airforce as commissioned officer iam BA. I know english so can you tell me there is place for joining airforce commissioned officer.

To join commissioned officer then you need to appear for Air Force Common Admission Test. To clear this examination, you must have a minimum education qualification of a degree course from a recognized University.

AFCAT i.e Air Force Common Admission Test and this examination is conducted by Indian Air Force twice in a year for admission to Flying branch, Technical branch and Ground Duty.

Flying Branch :- The applicant must have a full time bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University and must secure at least 60% Marks in their graduation. The graduate degree with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. The applicants who have passed B.E/B.Tech may also eligible to apply.

>> The applicant age should between 19 to 23 years at the time of appearing for this examination. Upper age limits is applicable Only CPL.

Technical Branch :- The applicant must have a completed Aeronautical Engineering in Electronics or Mechanical from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. The applicant must secure at least 60% Marks in their examination.

>> The applicant age should between 18 to 28 years at the time of appearing for this examination. There is no Upper age limits.

Ground Duty :- The applicant must have passed graduate degree with 60% or post graduate degree with 50% from a recognized University.

>> The applicant age should between 20 to 27 years at the time of appearing for this examination. There is no Upper age limits.
