Yes, you are certainly eligible to appear in DRDO CEPTAM (Centre for Personnel Talent Management Entrance Test) exam being Diploma holder. Basically DRDO Conducts this CEPTAM Entrance Examination for recruitment of Senior Technical Assistant Grade B (STA B), Technician A (Tech A), Admin and Allied Category Posts. Since you have passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I am sure you are certainly eligible to appear in CEPTAM Entrance Examination conducted by DRDO. The Educational Qualification required is given below,

Educational Qualification:

>> Candidates must have passed Bachelor of Science Degree from a recognized university.

(Or)

>> Candidates must have passed Three year Diploma in Engineering in any one of the below streams.
* Mechanical Engineering
* Biotechnology
* Electrical Engineering
* Electronics and Communication Engineering

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
