I am completed my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) conducts a centre for Personal Talent Management the Entry Test (CEPTAM) for the recruitment of Technical Assistant 'B' and Technician 'A', Assistant (Hindi), Admin & Allied category posts.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate must be a citizen of India.

* Candidates age should be between 18 to 28 years.

* Candidate must be in good mental and physical health and free from any physical deformity which interfere in efficient discharge of duties.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

* Candidate should possess Graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized University.

Every year DRDO recruits person for various posts based on the eligibility criteria and educational qualification. In order to get the job in DRDO, you should meet the following - You should be a B.E/B. TECH graduate

- You should have an excellent academic record (minimum 65%)
- Maximum age should be 28 years.

Since you are meeting the above standards you are eligible to apply for the job. Qualified candidates will be called for written test/ interview.
Generally the notification will be in the month of February in the leading newspaper and magazine.

DRDDO CEPTAM exam date is not announced yet but it will be announced very soon.

Yes, you are eligible for DRDO exam.

The eligibility criteria for DRDO is given below-

You should be a student of science or engineering stream from a recognized college or university with above 60% marks from the following branches only :

Electrical and Electronics, Biotechnology, Agricultural Science, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Psychology, Physics, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Botany, Automobile Engineering, Metallurgy, Veterinary Science Zoology, Library Science, Photography, Electrical, Physics, Radiography, Die and Molding, Tool, Mechanical, Textile, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, Printing

Final year students can also apply for DRDO exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

Relaxation for categories is given below :

Maximum of 5 years for SC/ST Candidates
Maximum of 3 years for Other (OBC)

sir i have completed b.tech with computer science and i don't have diploma in computer science. Will i be eligible for post coming in 2016 through CEPTAM-08 of STA B.

I have Btech in EEE but working with IT industry since last 5 years. Can I chose Computer Science as my subject instead of electrical?

I have completed b.tech in manufacturing sci. & engg. but my trade in diploma is mechanical. Am i eligible of get recruited through ceptam 8

Hi, My qualification is only B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering after XII. I have not done Diploma or B.Sc. Will I be eligible to apply STA-B??
