Since. you are already 19 years old, you are not eligible for appearing in any upcoming NDA (National Defense Academy) examination as to appear in NDA examination candidate's age should be such that his/her age lies within 16.5 years to 19.5 years by the time of joining NDA course for which he/she has appeared in the NDA examination and the NDA course generally starts around 9 months later from the date of NDA examination.

For complete clarity over the age criteria required for appearing in NDA examination, you must refer to the official notification released for the same examination by referring to the official link of UPSC i.e; www.upsc.gov.in.

The lower age limit for NDA candidates should be 15 years during the commencement of the course whereas the upper age limit to appear for the NDA (National Defence Academy) examination must be 19 years during the commencement of the course. If you are below 19.5 years at the date of examination then you can surely give the examination.
