Re: Eligibility for Agriculture Development Officer
Eligibility Criteria Required to become Agriculture Development Officer:
As far as my best knowledge is concerned, you are not eligible to apply for the post of Agriculture Development Officer. The basic educational qualification required is, >> You must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Engineering or Agriculture course >> You must have pursued Bachelor's Degree in any of the following streams, * Fisheries * Dairy Horticulture * Agriculture * Veterinary ..etc., >> As you have not met the required educational qualification, you are not eligible as per my knowledge. And generally agriculture background candidates are preferred for Agriculture Development Officer (ADO) post. |

Re: Eligibility for Agriculture Development Officer
you need to first obtain bachelors degree in agriculture through icar approved colleges. then apply for advertised jobs in state public service commission. , secure high marks and clear personal interviews.
The process required is : First, get admission in B.Sc. Agr programme in some Agricultural College/ University It will be more rewarding if you get P.G. degree in Agri and then look for a job suiting your qualifications. By competing with others, based on your merit, you may get the job of AD Officer direct or first entry as Inspector and subsequently promotion to ADO in the Agr. department |
