Yes, you are of course eligible to appear in IBPS Clerical Cadre Examination being a Graduate. The basic education qualification required to be eligible for appearing in IBPS Clerical Cadre Examination is "Graduation/ Bachelor Degree Pass" in any discipline from a recognized university. Of course, having DCA certificate is an added advantage for you in order to get selected finally. Since the basic qualification required is "Graduate Degree", generally DCA certificate is not needed but it is useful when appearing for Banking Exams Interview. IBPS stand for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selections. To appear in IBPS you need following criteria :

Eligibility criteria for IBPS Clerk exam :-

1) Pass the graduation degree in any discipline from a recognize University.
2) The age must be between 20 to 28 years.

your definitely eligible for IBPS clerical exam as the minimum educational qualification required to appear for the exam is to have a degree completed. As you have it you can definitely apply for it. The certificates which you do apart from the degree plays a role only during the interview which happens after your exam.
