Respected Sir, I have done NTT Diploma course of one year. Now, I am interested to apply in CTET. I would like to know my eligibility to apply in CTET. Kindly tell me asap.

If you have a B.Ed degree, then you can definitely apply for the CTET examination.
Candidates those who have completed their Bachelors degree in the relevant field along with a B.Ed degree from a recognized University can apply for CTET examination.

No, you are not eligible to apply for CTET examination after completion of your NTT Diploma course. To be eligible to apply for CTET examination, the candidate should have passed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or B.Ed course from a Government recognised university. Since, you have not pursued any of the above mentioned course, you are not eligible to apply for CTET examination.

Eligibility criteria to write CTET are mentioned below:-
Aspirants must have passed B.Ed degree course.
Aspirants age limit is not required.
Aspirants can go for B.Ed degree after completing graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

But you are not a B.Ed degree holder so you are not eligible to write CTET entrance examination.

You can not apply for the CTET exam with Nurse Teacher Training course. There are other educational requirements to appear in CTET exam. Besides the CTET entrance exam is conducted to recruit teachers for Class I - VIII in the government school.

CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by the Central government to recruit teachers for school-funded by the central government. Such schools are Tibetan School, Kendriya Vidyalaya. The Central Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education on the behalf of Ministry of Human Resources and Development.

The exam was introduced to raise the bar of education in government schools. It was introduced simontenously for central government and state government schools. While CBSE was given the responsibility to conduct the CTET exam for the central government schools, Boards of respective state conducts the TET exam.

The requirements for CTET and TET exams are the same. However exam pattern and syllabus are different. CTET exam is far more difficult compared to the TET.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate should be an Indian citizen.

A graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university.

A B.Ed degree after the completion of graduation course.

At least 55% marks in B.Ed.

There is no age limit to appear for the CTET exam.

After doing NTT, a candidate is eligible to apply for CTET examination. It is a job oriented diploma which is run by the government of India and state government also and after doing this course a candidate can apply for CTET examination.

Eligibility criteria for CTET are:-

Primary Level:-
Candidate must have completed 12th with 50% marks or 2 year diploma course in Elementary Education

Elementary Level:-
Candidate must have completed graduation with 50% marks and must have completed B.Ed with 55% marks.

Eligibility criteria for CTET are as follows:-
Candidate must be a graduation degree holder from a recognized university in any of the stream.
Candidate must be a B.Ed degree holder from a recognized university with atleast 50 percent marks.
No upper age limit required.

No you are not eligible to appear for CTET examination.

The required minimum qualification to appear for CTET examination is that :

Candidate must have passed higher secondary or equivalent.

Candidate must have diploma in elementary or equivalent two year course.

So, you are not eligible to appear for examination after NTT course.
