Hello everyone, I am interested to apply in HPSSSB Junior Scale Stenographer recruitment. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this recruitment of this year. Can you please let me know about the eligibility criteria asap? Waiting for your response!

Eligibility Criteria Required to apply for HPSSSB Junior Scale Stenographer recruitment 2018:

The basic eligibility criteria required to apply for this post of Junior Scale Stenographer is given below.

>> You must have passed 12th Class in 10+2 pattern or its equivalent from a recognized board.

>> Besides this criteria, you should have possessed the below mentioned speed in Shorthand and type writing in both the languages i.e., Hindi and English at the time of initial recruitment.

@ Short Hand Speed (English) - 80 WPM
@ Short Hand Speed (Hindi) - 70 WPM

@ Typing on Computer Speed (English) - 40 WPM
@ Typing on Computer Speed (Hindi) - 30 WPM

--> You should have the below mentioned speed in shorthand and typewriting in both Hindi and English languages.

English :- 80 WPM
Hindi :- 70 WPM

Speed in Typewriting :-
English :- 40 WPM
Hindi :- 30 WPM

--> Age Limit :- 18 to 45 years as on 01.01.2018.

>> Should possess the following speeds in Shorthand and Type Writing in English and Hindi:

>> Shorthand speed – English – 80 words per minute (WPM) and Hindi – 70 WPM
>> Speed in typing on Computer – English – 40 WPM and Hindi – 30 WPM

>> Should have the knowledge of word processing in computer as prescribed by the recruiting authority

Eligibility criteria required to apply in HPSSSB Junior Scale Stenographer recruitment is mentioned below :-

=> Educational Qualification :- You should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a Government recognised board.

=> Age Limit :- 18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2018.

The academic qualification required to apply in HPSSSB Junior Scale stenographer recruitment is 12th passed from a recognized board. Knowledge of word processing in computer is necessary. Candidate must have minimum speed in short hand and typewriting.

The age criteria for general category candidates is 18-45 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category. You must apply before 4th August at official website of HPSSSB.

The minimum eligibility criteria required for HPSSSB ( Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board ) Junior Scale Stenographer recruitment are as below :-

i) Your age must lie within 18 years to 45 years by the 1st January 2018. Age relaxation is allowed for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

ii) You must have completed your higher secondary school degree from a board of education recognized by HP government.

iii) You must possess Shorthand and Type writing in both the language i.e. English & Hindi at the time of initial recruitment as per the requirement rules.
