Sir,
I forgot my Roll Number of SSC CHSL exam
of this year. Now I want to check the result.
Kindly tell how I can possibly check my result.
Please help me. Thank you.

As you already know that SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2014 Written Test Phase I result has been declared by the commission and the commission has shortlisted thousands of candidates for Descriptive Test on the basis of their marks secured in objective type written test of Phase I.

If you are unable to see/check your result of SSC LDC and DEO exam 2014 without your roll number then there is one more way to check your result of written test and the way is given below :

Step I - You need to visit the official website of SSC Board and Choose Results Tab.

Step II - Download the result file available on the official website and open it after being downloaded.

Step III - The list contains Roll Numbers and Names of candidates and the file is available in pdf format so you need to use another way that is by Name.

Step IV - You need to click on <Search Bar> of that pdf file and when the cursor blinks in the box then you should enter your name in that Search Bar in Capital Letters.

Step V - The Search bar will automatically be started searching your name in the entire list and remember enter your full name that you provided in application form.

Step VI - If you would be shortlisted for another test then search bar would automatically be stopped on your name then you can see both your name and your roll number.

Now you can check your result easily but if the search results shows that no match found then consider that you have not been shortlisted for another turn in the recruitment examination.

Dear if you forgot it then No problem at all since there is a solution for your problem. And In general SSC CHSL results will be declared in SSC Official website with PDF.

There you can see the Roll Numbers including with below things like

1.Name of the candidate

2.Gender

3.Category

4.Roll Number.

If you don't have a Roll Number with you, then no problem you can serach with your Full name.

For this after open the PDF you can press " Ctrl+F (Find )" then type " Your Full name " and click on "Enter "

Thus you will get your Result for SSC CHSL. For results, you can have a look on the official website of Staff Selection Commission.

Don't worry, there are other ways to check your result even after forgetting SSC CHSL Roll Number. Remember, whenever Staff Selection Commission declares result, it declates in the form of PDF unlike IBPS Online result check system. So the only pre-requisite is your name is enough to check your SSC CHSL Result. Open the result PDF first, then you may find some 100's of pages available. There are many columns namely,
* Serial Number
* Roll Number
* Name of the Candidate
* Caste Category
So when you open the PDF, hold the keys in parallel "Ctrl+F" and enter your name and wait for a minute to view your result. If you are selected then it highlights in the PDF (on your name) or else it shows that no such word is found.

But i have found that, there were two persons with my name having same category( only first names are given, sir names is not mentioned in result).
