How can I prepare to qualify in IBPS RRB Specialist Officer exam? Syllabus and suitable books for preparation?


hello
kindly let me know how to prepare for
the IBPS RRB Specialist officer exam also
send me some books for my preparation
i also want to know the syllabus

Dear if you have interest on the IBPS SO exams then you have to do hard work for this. For this you must fulfill the eligibility criteria for this. More over you have to take a coaching for this. Since IBPS SO is a toughest exam among all IBPS Examinations.

For this you must complete the Post graduation in any stream with minimum percentage of marks from the recognized university.

Age should be in between 21 to 30 years and there is a age relaxation for the reserved candidates.

You need to get a cut off score at least to qualify for further process. You must have to take a note of all the concepts regarding the syllabus. And there is a specific section according to the type of post in SO examination.

Syllabus for IBPS SO Examination :

1.Reasoning Section :

Seating Arrangement , Logical deduction, Coding and decoding , Blood relations ,Series Completion , Classification, Statements and Conclusions, Statements and Decision making.

2. Quantitative Aptitude :


Percentages, Profit and loss, Ratio and Proportions, Partnerships, Simplifications, Time and wok ,Time and Distance, Averages, Problems of trains, Boats and streams, Simple Interest ,Compound Interest ,Heights and Distance, Data Interpretation, Number series .

3.English Language :

Sentence Completion , Spotting Errors, Idioms and Phrases, Synonyms, Cloze Test, Comprehension, Errors, Spellings, Antonyms.

4.General Awareness /Banking:

Current Affairs (National and International ), Banking Terms, Sports, Abbreviations, Books and Authors, Science and Technology, Important days, Capitals, Currencies and Indian Economy etc.,

5.You need to concentrate more on the specific subject according to the type of Post.
