How Grade Pay system works in India?
Actually i have a question about grade pay system of india government. what is the amount of salary is given to the job holder at the end of the month? I mean how this works?

The Grade pay for any worker depends upon the work, he/she is doing. That's because the pay will be decided depending upon his/her role in any work. For example, a government employee at low level will get at least 1300 per month and High level officers will get around 10 to 13 thousand per month. And this pay will be decided by the state and central governments.
