BEL or Bharat Electronics Limited is one of the topmost public sector units of the country having the status of Navratna. Its annual turnover is increasing every year due to the boom in the electronics market worldwide.

Being an electronics engineering graduate, you can get into BEL on contractual as well as on permanent basis. For contractual basis, the advertisement for walk in interview is given in the leading newspapers and official website of BEL from time to time. The eligibility criteria is 60% in B.Tech or BE for general and OBC and pass percentage for the reserved categories.

To get permanent employment opportunity, BEL recruits B.Tech/BE candidates every year on the basis of GATE score. You have to appear in the GATE exam and score well. During the month of June-July, BEL releases the advertisement for recruitment of engineering graduate trainees. Then you have to apply online with your GATE score. After receiving all the applications, BEL will shortlist the candidates on the basis of the GATE score for the interview round. If you are selected for the interview round, you will be given a call letter for the interview round. After qualifying the interview round, you have to clear the medical examination to get recruited finally in BEL.
