how can I apply for sales tax officer.

what should I do for become a sales tax officer in Mumbai

To become sales tax officer one has to attend the two stages of exam conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC).

The two exams are Written exam and then followed by an Interview.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidates age should be between 18-25 years.

* Age relaxation is applicable as per norms.

* Candidates should have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 55% of marks from any recognized university or institution.

* The height of the candidate should be 157.5 cms and chest should be 81 cms.

The written exam consists of two papers i.e., Preliminary examination and Mains examination.
