For Tue government jobs in the nursery school following is the criteria
1. You must have a graduate degree in education b.ed 2. You must qualify for the CTET examination The CTET examination is the teachers eligibility test for the teaching jobs. It is conducted by the central board of secondary examination CBSE every year. Passing the CTET examination you shall be eligible for the central government schools. For the state government school you have to qualify state teachers eligibility exam of the respective state. The CTET exam of 2015 is over however dates are given for next year preparation.
