Teacher / Lecturer post can be grabbed in government college without PG qualification?
Can a person get a job in government college as a teacher or lecturer post without completing post graduation ,having only graduation?

No. You must have completed post-graduation degree with at least 55% of marks from any recognized university or institute and you must qualify National Eligibility Test (NET) to get eligible for the post of lecturer in a government college.

To become a professor/ lecturer un a government college, the foremost requirement is to have PG degree.
And after clearing UGC NET JRF in any subject , one becomes eligible for the designation of lecturer at any university across India. In some streams one has to qualify UGC or CSIR NET or have a degree of PhD and in some cases both with work experience. |

Lecturers post need both academic qualifications and experience to qualify for this profession. The more qualifications you have the better chance you have of getting hired. At a minimum, you need an honours degree. To become a lecturer in the government sector you need to pass the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET). The educational qualification required to apply for UGC NET is a candidate must have passed a Master's degree with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

Category Educational Qualification General Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks ST/SC/OBC/PWD/Transgenders Master's degree with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidates must lie between the age group of 21 to 42 years while applying for the UKPSC Lecturer. |
