I have completed MBA in HR this year.
I want to give IBPS exams.

You are eligible to apply for HR / Personnel Officer in IBPS Specialist Officer examination.

IBPS Specialist Officer examination has been completed. IBPS Specialist Officer examination is conducted for admission to I.T Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR / Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer.

Eligibility Criteria:

You should have passed Post-Graduation or Post-Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Management / HR / HRD / Social Work / Labour Law from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. You must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination. Upper age limits are applicable for reserved categories.

IBPS Specialist Officer exam notification will be published in the month of October / November in the official website of IBPS as well as employment newspaper. More details, visit the official website: www.ibps.in

Position name:-

Probationary Officers / Management Trainees (PO / MT-IV)

Educational qualifications:-

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University by the Govt. of India or any equivalent.

Age criteria:-

20 to 30 Years

If you want to apply for normal PO/clerical cadre, you are eligible. But specially if you want to apply for HR post in banking sector, you need to have minimum relevant experience of atleast 1 year. Because that post comes under Specialist Officer Cadre.
