What is the procedure to be followed for getting government job after completion of BDS? specifically in Maharashtra? Is it possible to get the job or not? Can someone please explain me the procedure to be followed for the same?

BDS is an undergraduate course by which one can find job in government or private hospitals as Dentist. Not only in the field of Dentistry, he/ she can also apply for various exams like PSU's, UPSC exams etc. which are conducted by government of India.

* To get the government job, candidate must need to look for the notification of the exam to which he/she want to apply.

* Next the candidate need to face the written exam by applying for the exam through online/ offline mode.

* The qualified students in the written exam are selected for the Interview round. The candidate who are qualified in the interview round are selected in the positions in which they apply.

The other fields in which you can go for is listed below :

* Civil services.

* Railway.

* Banking.

* Defence.
