What is the required education qualification for Drug Inspector post?
I want to know about the required educational qualification for the post of Drug Inspector. Please help me.

For drug inspector you need B.Pharma qualification with experience of 18 months in drug testing laboratories. Notification for drug inspector posts is released by the state public service commission.
You have to clear written exam and interview to get the job. Selection will be purely based on your performance so be prepared for it if you fulfill the eligibility. |

Educational Qualification required for Drug Inspector Post:
>> Candidates must have completed Graduate Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or Medicine with Specialization in Microbiology or Clinical Pharmacology from a recognized university. (Or) >> Candidates must have passed or hold the equivalent pharmacy degree from a PCI approved college in order to be eligible. >> The minimum age required to apply for Drug Inspector post is 21 years and the maximum age must not exceed 32 years. |

To become drug inspector a candidate has to appear in the exam generally conducted by UPSC.
One must achieve a degree in B.Pharmacy. One who has done Medical course with specialization of microbiology with 3 year experience can also appear in the test. Test include General Awareness, Logical Reasoning and Mental Ability. One paper is totally based on B.Pharmacy Syllabus. After qualifying the Entrance one has to go for Physical Fitness Test. |

The recruitment of the Drug Inspector post is through the entrance examination.
Eligibility required :- * Candidates must have the graduation degree from the Pharmacy, parametrical science and microbiology from a recognised university. * Candidates age must be between the 21-35 years with the relaxation in the age for the reserved category. The examination is conducted in the written as well as viva test and you need to qualify in it for the final selection. |
