I have applied for panchayat development officer post in march but still exams date is not announced. So for this issue whom i need to contact?

You can contact the concerned organisation, which is responsible for conducting the exam. You can contact them through email or phone or you can also visit the concerned office.

If dates are not announced, then you can't do much about it. It all depends on the organisation. They only can tell you about the reason for delay.
