Yes of course you are eligible for B. Tech course after 12th standard with PCM. The applicant who completes 12th standard with science stream are eligible to apply for B. Tech course.

B. Tech (i.e) Bachelor of Technology. The duration of the course is four years. The course is divided into eight semesters. There are lots of college offers B. Tech course.

• One must have qualified 10+2 examination from a reputed board or equivalent educational institution with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Minimum 55% to 60% marks required in 12th board exam.
• One will be required to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the institute (or)
• Should be qualified in any one of the entrance exams like, JEE/BITSAT etc..

Yes, you are very much eligible for Engineering.

The eligibility criteria for Engineering is as follows :

* The candidate should have done higher secondary from any recognized board.

* The subjects one should have Maths and Physics as his main subjects in 12th.

* The candidate should have possessed 55% at least in 12th.

* The candidate should be younger than 17 years of age.

It doesn't matter that you pass 12th as a regular student or through NIOS.
