i am going to complete my 12th from NIOS (pcm) can i apply for jee mains or iit kindly reply plz

sir i got 64.4% marks in class 1 in 2013 and in pcm i got 55.3% marks and wants to give improvment in one subject in 2014 will its marks counts in jee main 2014.
