Yes, you are eligible to take graduation in BA Honors in economics if you have done 12th without commerce.

Eligibility to pursue graduation in BA honors :
  • Candidate must have passed 12th from any recognised board.
  • Candidate must have secured more than 45% marks in 12th class.
  • Age of candidate must be above 17 years.

You have completed 12th standard without commerce so you are not eligible for B.A in Economics.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized university with economics subject are eligible for B.A course in Economics.

Your age should be above 17 years.
